Université de Montréal is the third largest university in Canada and one of the most cosmopolitan and creative in the country. From its founding in 1878, the university and its affiliated École Polytechnique and HEC Montréal schools have grown to reach a cumulative enrolment of more than 67,000 students, 10,000 of whom come from abroad.
